After years inside complex integration programs, I’ve learnt that moving data is rarely the hardest part.

The harder question is:

Can we trust the signal, response, and data enough to act?

This newsletter captures the patterns, trade-offs, and practical lessons I’m seeing across AMI, DER, and grid modernisation work — especially where operational trust, evidence, and alignment matter.
